Alumina Bubble bricks have high service temperature and good thermal insulation performance at high temperature. They will achieve obvious results in reducing the weight of the furnace body, transforming the structure, saving materials, and saving energy.

Alumina Bubble Brick Advantages:
1.High operating Temperature
Alumina hollow firebricks can reach to above 1750 degree,good heat stability. the charge rate of refiring line is small and longer using time.  Optimize the structure and reduce the weight of the furnace body.

High temperature resistant refractory materials are all of heavy firebricks. The bulk density is 2.6-3.0g/cm3,while the alumina hollow bricks is only 1.1~1.5g/cm3,under the condition of the same cubic meter volume. The alumina hollow ball refractory bricks can reduce the weight of 1.1-1.9 tons.
 
2.Materials Saving
To achieve the same use temperature, if using the heavy firebricks,the prices is equal to that of alumina hollow bricks, and considerable insulation material is needed.If alumina hollow ball bricks are used,1.1-1.9 tons heavy refractory bricks per cubic meter can be saved.
 
3.Energy Saving
Alumina hollow spheres have obvious thermal insulation characteristics and low thermal conductivity. The firebricks can play a good insulation effect,reduce heat emission and improve thermal efficiency,thereby realize the purpose of saving energy.The energy saving effects is more than 30% .
 
Alumina hollow balls are light refractories with high temperature resistance and excellent energy saving,which are very stable in various atmospheres. Especially in the high temperature Kiln at 1800 centigrade.Hollow ball bricks can be used for high temperature and energy saving(>30%)down draft kiln, shuttle kiln,molybdenum wire furnace ,tungsten rob furnace,induction furnace,nitriding furnace. For the reduce the weight of the furnace boby,reconstruct the structure, save the material and save energy, insulation refractory bricks will have obvious effect.

Alumina Bubble Brick is a kind of very important refractory material for resisting high temperature and special demands of positions for furnace and kiln, which is mostly used as insulating brick for insulation layer of furnace and kiln, and also can be used for service linings in manufacturing high-purity quartz for the electronics industry such as ceramic tile linings in gas turbines and backup linings in reactors.
